19-20 GL2520: Computational Earth Sciences
In this course you will learn to use computational tools to read, create, analyze, and visualize digital earth science data. You will use python, a popular scripting language, to carry out these tasks. The course has four sections, containing a number of lessons that you should finish during your study hours. The final exam will be a practical exam in a computer lab. The final marks for the course are distributed between the coursework (50%) and the final exam (50%). You will receive feedback for your Moodle quiz immediately after following the quiz in the form of online feedback. For your practical exercise, you will receive feedback electronically within four weeks of submission deadline.
