19-20 MN5802: Consultancy in the Digital Era

The aim of this course unit is to provide you with experience in conveying theoretical and practitioner insights into the design, development and application of innovative digital technologies in an era where existing solutions and practices are becoming increasingly disrupted and transformed. You will work as digital consultants in teams of five to seven, and will be asked to prepare a client proposal that requires contemporary digital solutions, and which encompass digital strategy, vision, social media analysis, and project management. To facilitate your proposal planning, you will have the opportunity to meet with, and receive guidance from speakers who have diverse expertise within the digital sector and can offer topical perspectives to aid your learning.
